With some stable weather and decent conditions, the hardtail fishing has definitely started to come back around in the last week or so. The bonito fishing is fast and furious and there are albies (finally) showing in good numbers here locally. While the bones have been a pretty sure bet, the albies are the very definition of hit or miss - here one day, gone the next. All you can do is be out there, cover water if you need to, and hope they show. The past couple of days have shown very promising signs of improvement, so without getting overly optimistic, lets hope even more numbers flood in and October makes up for that dud of a September.
