How to handle Returns and Exchanges

• Returns are easy!
• Visit our Returns Center
• Enter your order number and email address to start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

The Saltwater Edge will accept returns on most products within 30 days. The item MUST be unused and in NEW condition with original manufacturer tags and stickers, ready to resell.

The item I received is damaged or defective.

If the purchased product is faulty out of the box or damaged during shipment, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. This sort of thing happens sometimes and we'll get it fixed ASAP. This can also be handled by our Returns Center. Reach out if you have any questions.

How do I ship back the items?

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

• Refund to the original payment method
• Refund to store credit (if applicable)
• Return to our Retail Store in Middletown, Rhode Island

Can I cancel or change an order?

If you change your mind or discover you forgot something please let us know immediately either via phone or chat. We're serious about shipping, it could easily already be in a box in as little as 30 minutes after your order, and picked up later that day.
