How to handle Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns are easy!
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

The Saltwater Edge will accept returns on most products within 30 days. The item MUST be unused and in NEW condition with original manufacturer tags and stickers, ready to resell.

If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center. If you did not purchase the $1.98 free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.

The item I received is damaged or defective.

If the purchased product is faulty out of the box or damaged during shipment, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date. This sort of thing happens sometimes and we'll get it fixed ASAP. This can also be handled by our Returns Center. Reach out if you have any questions.

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)
  • Return to our Retail Store in Middletown, Rhode Island

Can I cancel or change an order?

If you change your mind or discover you forgot something please let us know immediately either via phone or chat. We're serious about shipping, it could easily already be in a box in as little as 30 minutes after your order, and picked up later that day. 

Beyond 30 days?

If you're outside 30 days and wish to make an exchange, feel free to give us a call or send us an email with your situation and we can see what we can do to help. We can not accept returns after 30 days without prior approval.

Restocking Fee

Canceled or returned orders over $150 have a 5% restocking fee.
