A life-long Aquidneck Island resident, he is a wealth of knowledge about fisheries, and effective techniques on top of that he is always experimenting. He has seen fisheries both decline and recover and is vocal in his commitment to creating and maintaining quality inshore fishing in the Ocean State. He is a regular speaker at saltwater fishing shows and has been featured on On The Water TV multiple times.
