                                  Plastic Bottle Plugs

                                  Wood lips can be a weak spot on a bottle plug made of wood, but plastic largely solves that problem. It's still going to take some wear but not as quickly as a wooden lip. These are great plugs in high winds and/or rough seas where other plugs like a Danny are having trouble digging in and having one in your bag any time it's rough (and often times when it's not) is a very good call. Another great spot to use them is in high current situations such as breachways.
