The VMC 7237 Coastal Black Inline Single is an excellent choice to replace treble hooks on smaller lures. The Inline Hook has a wide gap and is forged for the extra strength needed for larger fish. The Coastal Black finish has a high corrosion-resistance for the longest-lasting black finish in the saltwater market with ultra-sharp, multi-step chemical sharpened hooks.

Much better than factory hooks, good upgrade for the price!
Nice and sharp ootb. Eyes are nice and big. Gauge of the steel is quite sturdy which is great for strength of the hook but may be an issue if you’re using small split rings.
As the news about the health of the Striper population becomes more dire, I have switched out all my trebles for these strong, effective in-line hooks. They enable your lures to swim properly, and I really don t notice any change in the number of hook-ups, or fish lost. Make the move to singles today. Do it for the Stripers. And yourself.
