The STORMR Surf Top is the most comfortable Semi-Dry top on the market. The high-stretch windproof and waterproof materials, adjustable neoprene neck gasket, two-way adjustable waistband seal and internal neoprene cuff give this top exactly what it takes to stay warm and dry in wind, rain and rough surf.

This is a great surf top, warm not to rigid and keeps the wind out, a must for cold northeast late season.
This Surf Top has been great for the fall season, holds in body heat very well, wind proof and waterproof from driving rain to getting hit with Surf. Its been a great piece of gear I've added this fall.
Extremely warm, even during the early NE winters. Comfortable, waterproof, and very sharp looking top. Wish I had bought it sooner.
I bought this jacket becuse I wanted something waterproof. I haven't done much wading with it yet, but I'm sure it'll work fine based on what I've felt and read. However, I didnt expect it to be so perfectly warm. I wore this on a jetty, over a long sleeve shirt and a sweatshirt, when it was 23 degrees out, with 20mph wind, and the only cold parts of my body were my face and hands. It is a bit of a pain to put on and take off but I doubt I'll ever need a surf fishing jacket tougher than this one.
