Shimano Teramar NE Spinning Rods have been a favorite everywhere for some time. The "Northeast" specific line up of rods utilize the construction and components that have made Teramar so popular in other parts of the country.
Things like TC4 blank construction, Fuji Aluminum Oxide Guides and Fuji reel seat. Now anglers from New England, New York and New Jersey can enjoy Teramar quality and value in rods optimized for northeast waters.

I own a few of these rods. At first, I thought there was no way a blank this thin and light could throw a heavy snagging hook, or control a 30+ lb striper. I was wrong. I can cast a snagging hook what seems like forever, feel every bump on the line (50lb PP), and haul in some Striper Cup fish with no problem at all. I have all of them paired with Shimano Spheros 6000 reels. They are a great value as well. Buy one!
Really fast shipping and great packaging for buying rods online
