Presenting a larger profile in a lighter weighted and less clumsy package, the OutCast Lures Hybrid Pencil Poppers feature a unique tapered neck design that cuts down the bulkiness of the bait and makes for a great casting pencil. The weighted rear of the plug provides for the distance and also makes the plug ride slightly deeper on the surface, throwing more water than most pencils.

All OutCast Lures are hand made in Massachusetts and feature quality VMC hooks and quality split rings and hardware.
