All new for 2020, the Hydros SL Fly Reel comes loaded with upgrades from the previous generation. The reel is fully machined from bar-stock aluminum achieving a 30% weight reduction while increasing line retrieval by 12%. The fully sealed carbon/stainless drag system has new sealing technology and is significantly stronger, two major wins for the saltwater angler! A narrower spool reduces line stacking and a new beveled reel foot post allows you to wrap your leader without kinkage when moving spots.
