The new Super Surf G3 combines what we have all liked about the GSB and updates it to a more modern crisp feel. The SSG3 is very durable but lighter than the GSB, and has a tip section that is parabolic and forgiving enough to throw eels or plugs with but overall fast enough to bucktail with. The blank also has a much quicker recovery than the GSB. Built on a sleek grey blank, these rods feature a spiraled fore and rear grip (Paco Grip style) to provide maximum surface area on your hands to put the breaks on charging fish. Quality components like Fuji reel seats and titanium guides will always have your rod ready to battle against whatever monsters the sea may throw at you. Meticulously designed by Frank Goncalves and made in the USA.

This rod is an absolute beast! I have the 11 foot paired with a van staal VSX2 200 and it slings lures a mile. The rod has a great action and is my go to striper rod when the cows are around
