Jeck's Bucktails are at the top of their class when it comes to finish and durability. Tied on genuine Mustad hooks, the tail is built up in thin layers to provide unmatched durability. The larger sizes are started with a nylon thread, glued, and then once that process has cured, they are then finished with the final layers followed by epoxy. All of Jeck's Bucktails are tied with premium bucktail hair and outfitted with large eyes for a lifelike appearance.
Sizes .5oz-1oz use a 7/0 Mustad hook.
Sizes 1.25oz-4oz use an 8/0 Mustad hook.
Sizes 5oz and above use a 9/0 Mustad hook.
