The Gibbs Pencil Popper is a classic in the Northeast, with a rear tail weight and slim tapered design that is aerodynamically pleasing to enhance casting distance. As with any pencil, a slow-twitch of the tod tip provides a side to side movement which imitates a thrashing injured baitfish.
