Gamakatsu's Baitholder Hookfeature tiny barbs down the shank of the hook to secure and protect baits from easily being pulled off from those pesky bait stealers. The baitholder hook is also popular with fluke fisherman using gulp, as the bait is more easily able to stay on the shank of the hook. Gamakatsu's baitholder hooks come in an NS Black finish which is suitable for saltwater use as it is corrosion-resistant.

Serious hooks for serious fishing.
they seem to be working fine, I haven't caught anything on them yet. I'm using them for Fluke with Gulp.
For fluke baits are great
I hear alot of people say Gami's can break. In 20+ this has happened to me only twice and many variables could have been the cause. I use these hooks for tog and for seabass and fluke because I have confidence in them, they are sharp, they hold the bait well and they do what they say. Plus, SWE had them at a ridiculous good price, so this winter I bought more even though I didnt need any extra at the moment!
