United StatesThis is my second airwave my 1st 12 footer! But being 5'7" it can take it toll on you after a long day! Its a great rod, long casting and strong. I used it for plugging and lite bottoming. I was looking for something that could do all without beating me up by the end of the day ... So after reading a lot of reviews from other shore bound fishers like myself , who have dropped to 9 footers for easier handling. So, I purchased a 9ft air wave, Imediately I noticed I could handle the 9 footer was easier and I could let the rod do the work for me. I'm able to use It for all the applications I used the12 footer for...its a great rod and I recommend this rod
