This is quite possibly the best and most durable sand eel/silverside fly you can buy. These flies have excellent movement in the tail with a rock solid epoxy body that holds a perfect profile. Swims beautifully and will last fish after fish. Epoxy flies are often used in fly tournaments because of their great durability and effectiveness.

This is the fly I caught my first false albacore on while fly fishing on The Vineyard and 30 years later, it’s still my “go to” fly when small thin baitfish like sand-eels or silversides are the prey. The fly doesn’t foul (extremely important when you usually only get one cast into the breaking school before they vanish) and holds up extremely well. My favorite color is olive over white as I favor keeping the look natural. It’s a fly you have to have in your box.
Great. Will buy again
Hope to use this for Albies this coming weekend. Order came very quickly.
