Owner Weighted Twistlock 3x Hooks feature TwistLOCK Centering-Spin Spring (CPS) attached to the eye of the hook.  To attach soft plastic baits, simply insert the pin of the CPS spring into the nose of the bait and screw in the coiled spring.  This allows for a more secure texas rigging of soft plastics.  Baits such as flukes, Albie Snax's, Sluggos, and other thinner soft baits work well with this hook.  The 3x wire of the hook is well suited for light tackle braid usage for the hardest fighting of freshwater/inshore fish.  The weighted aspect of the hook assists with getting the soft plastic into the strike zone of deeper waters while also providing a "keel" effect where the bait, such as a swimbait, won't roll and turn.
