The Hogy Charter Grade OG Swimmer is a modern take on the classic Finnish-style shallow swimming plug — a small-lipped plug that skims 2-3 feet below the surface with the kind of erratic wobble that drives stripers and blues crazy. Originally designed by Lauri Rapala in the 1930s, this lure family has been catching saltwater predators for nine decades because the action just works. Hogy's version takes the proven design and adds modern through-wire construction, VMC hooks, and a wider profile that creates more baitfish-presence in the water.
