My favorite leader material

I use this leader material for all types of fishing. I use several different sizes to suit my needs. It is soft and easy to tie with but is also very strong and abrasion resistant. I usually tie it directly to my main line and because of its softness, I always get a tight secure knot.

Fluoro Leader material...

I purchased some more Seaguar Fluorocarbon Leader in 20lbs to backfill used material. I like to have a wide range of leader material for different situations so I keep 5-6 different line weights on hand when possible. I've never had issues with Seaguar. Knots tie and pull tight well with it and I've yet to experience an unexplained line break.
