PRO Series frame. 580G glass lenses. Built for offshore captains.
The Costa Tuna Alley Pro with 580G glass lenses is Costa's offshore flagship — a PRO Series frame on the Tuna Alley platform paired with Costa's premier glass lens technology. 580G lenses are 20% thinner and 22% lighter than typical polarized glass while delivering superior clarity and scratch resistance over polycarbonate alternatives. The PRO Series frame upgrades include a re-engineered vented hinge system to promote airflow, sweat management channels and eyewire drains, improved Hydrolite® rubber that stays grippy when wet, adjustable nose pads, top hooding and side shields to block peripheral glare, and metal keeper slots. Seven frame/lens combinations covering everything from offshore blue water to inshore flats.

The PRO Series frame is a real upgrade over the original Tuna Alley — vented hinges actually help with airflow on hot August offshore days, the top hooding cuts the light bleed serious anglers complain about, and adjustable nose pads mean the frame stays put when you're leaning into a fish. 580G glass is the gold standard for full-day wear: if you're spending 8-10 hours a day on the water, the optical clarity and scratch resistance pay back vs. polycarbonate. The Matte Black with Blue Mirror is the everyday offshore pick.
