The Black Widow 2.0 Hi-Pitch is the offshore jigging rod built for anglers who run high-speed hi-pitch presentations all day. The 30T carbon fiber blank delivers the snap-back recovery needed for fast jig work, while the moderate-fast action with a progressive bend under load absorbs pressure when a school of tuna or amberjack pulls hard. Custom graphite reel seat with double-lock keeps the reel locked in place, premium EVA grips with heat-shrink wrap stay grippy when wet, and the rubber cross gimbal gives you leverage during long fights. Six models cover 250g through 450g jigs in both spinning and conventional.

Rigging & Use

• 250g: school-class tuna, amberjack, medium-depth water — 5000-6000 class reel
• 350g: mid-size bluefin, big amberjack, deeper water — 6000-8000 class reel
• 450g: trophy bluefin, big bottom fish, deep water — 8000+ class reel or heavy conventional
• Spool with 50-80 lb braid and a 60-100 lb fluoro top shot
• Hi-pitch jigging works best when you're matching jig weight to current and depth — let the rod load and snap on the lift
