For the nearshore and offshore angler, the Temple Fork Seahunter Conventional Rods are designed to be lightweight, strong and versatile, meeting the evolving demands anglers need to suit themselves to with changing fisheries and weather. Casting, jigging, trolling, kiting and more are suitable for this rod, common techniques found coast to coast.
At its base, the Seahunter series utilizes moderate-fast action blanks constructed with standard modulus carbon fiber material and a TFO proprietary fiberglass scrim. Braid and saltwater proven Fuji Concept guides run the length of the blank and down locking reel seats outfit conventional rods. A 7" EVA foam fore grip and a full EVA rear grip provide great comfort and durability for extended use under great drag pressures. Anodized aluminum gimbals sit underneath protective rubber slip off butt caps, giving the angler the ability to run these rods with fighting belts if necessary.
