Tied on bomb proof 4/0 Ahrex blue water hooks. The whole fly is brush tied with stainless steel wire. No need to worry about bluefish or any other toothy fish. This is the one fly you can just leave on the leader and not worry about it. The size hook was carefully chosen and keels the fly perfectly to prevent nosediving and sideways swimming. If the fly looks a little mangled after a few bouts with toothy fish, a quick brush out w a wire brush, and it’s good as new. Might become your new favorite!
